Wear parts for recycling and mineral processing
We have almost 150 years of experience in manufacturing parts for these industries. This combined with highly motivated technical personnel and state-of-the-art equipment enables us to produce wear parts which fully will meet your expectations. We fabricate hammer shafts and impact bars, arched plates and blow bars, shredder hammers and hammers for cement grinding and all parts you need in stone mills, hammermills, shredder sites and for rock crushing – in forged quality!
We use select materials of high-purity throughout. The parts are forged, heat treated, machined and otherwise modified to fit your requirements. All of this means that the term “wear parts” seems almost inappropriate when one considers the long service life of our products.

AUDURIT 60A
Ni-Cr-Mo-V alloy special steel with high nickel content (approx. 3%) and high carbon content resulting in hardness up to 560 HB and very high impact strength.
Uses: Hammers and blow bars
AUDURIT 26
Ni-Cr-Mo alloy special steel with very high nickel content, and high breaking resistance. Hardness adjusted to hammer borehole for optimal wear characteristics.
Use: Hammer pin shafts
DURIT VS 240
Steel with good resistance to heavy impacts and a working hardness of 390-450 HB.
Uses: Hammers and blow bars
DURIT VS 190
Cr-Si-V alloy special steel with working hardness of 420-460 HB and retaining good impact strength.
Uses: Wear, lining, armor and impact plates, hammers and grate bars
